Shipping/Pick Up
When should I select my rental start date?
We strongly advise choosing a start date 1-2 business days before you intend to wear your item to account for any delays in shipment. Please keep in mind that NZ Post does not deliver packages on weekends.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We generally ship items 1-3 business days before your chosen rental start date.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship rentals throughout New Zealand.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship rentals outside of New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is included in the rental price. For rural addresses please select rural at checkout.
How much does it cost to return my rental?
Free prepaid return labels are included with all rental orders.
Can I place a same-day rental order?
We are only able to do same-day rentals in the Auckland region available. If you require a same-day rental please email us at info@rentencore.co.nz with subject line "Same-Day Rental" and we can see if your selected rental is available or not for same-day order.

Will I be charged for rental return shipping?
Prepaid return labels are included with all rental orders.
Can I extend my rental?
If you'd like to keep your rental for longer than your initial rental duration, please get in touch with us at info@rentencore.co.nz with subject line "Rental Extension".
Can I purchase my rental?
In certain cases, we may be able to facilitate purchase requests, please email info@rentencore.co.nz
Should I wash my rental?
No, please return all rentals unwashed. We take care of the cleaning in house!
How do I return my rental?
Please use the prepaid return label included in your package and return it to your nearest NZ Post dropoff point
What happens if I damage or lose an item?
We know great clothes are meant to be lived in, and unfortunately damage or loss can happen. If items are returned to us in damaged condition or reported lost (not returned over 15 days after your selected Return by date), we will have to charge your original payment method up to 90% of retail price of the rented item. We don't want to have to do this, so please do your best to treat rented items with care.
What can I do to ensure I'm not charged for damage or loss?
Please ensure items are returned to us with no hard-to-budge stains. Take extra care to ensure there are no rips, tears, or missing parts in your return, and send it back on or before your return date.
What if I return my rental later than my Return By date?
Customers will be charged a late fee of $40 per day for each day the rented item is returned after the agreed-upon rental period. Late fees will continue to accrue until the total late fee amount equals the full retail price of the rented item or the item is returned, whichever comes first.
Can I return a rental for a refund?
Due to the time-sensitive nature of rentals, we cannot refund rentals at this time. For sizing questions and further assistance, please email info@rentencore.co.nz - we'd love to help!
Can I exchange a rental for a different size?

Can I cancel a rental?
Cancelation requests made at least 7 days before a rental’s start date can be accommodated with a full refund. Requests made less than 7 days before a rental’s start date are non-refundable. Please write to us for assistance at info@rentencore.co.nz

What are Encore's sustainability practices?
At the heart of what we do, we're dedicated to improving fashion for the planet. We provide a range of circular fashion choices to promote clothing reuse and durability. Whenever possible, we opt for lightweight and reusable packaging to minimize shipping weight and emissions, clean in-house with non-toxic products reinforcing our commitment to extending the lifespan of both products and packaging. Whenever possible, the majority of our rentals are sourced from second-hand or vintage means, ensuring that our inventory doesn't contribute to overconsumption.
